RESERVATIONS
To reserve your seat, you should contact us 30 days prior the arrival date.
Your reservation application should include the following:

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of costs per person is required at the time of booking.

PAYMENT
Full payment is due and payable at latest upon arrival. You can send a bank transfer any time before that, but make sure that we receive it prior your arrival.

Upon arrival, payments can be made with VISA, EURO cards, JCB, American Express, and cash.

All rates are in American dollars(USD)

CANCELLATION
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation, we require notice in writing (e-mail or fax).

If we receive cancellation notice more than 15 days prior to the arrival date, all money on your account will be refunded less the non-refundable 30% deposit.

If we receive cancellation notice less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, all money on your account is non-refundable.

CHANGE OF RESERVATION
For any changes in the ski trip dates or length, you should notify us in writing (e-mail or fax) at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.

REPLACEMENT
If we receive the cancellation notice more than 15 days prior to the arrival date, and you can find a replacement for the trip booked, all money on your account will be transferred to your replacement (Please, provide us with her/his name and address)

REFUNDS
Our ski packages are sold in units of 5 ski days plus 2 days for transfer. We have emphasized on our flexibility to allow you choose the starting date of the ski trip.
No refund is given, in whole or in part, for unused days or transportation, resulting from late arrival, early departure of from any other reason.
Likewise, there are no refunds given for “Down Days” – if you decide to start skiing later, to stop skiing early, or not to ski at all.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bulgarian X-Ski Guides reserves the right to cancel any ski trip at any time. Full refund will be given if this is the case.

The reservation and cancellation policies by Bulgarian X-Ski Guides are standard in this industry. The nature of our business is such that our commitments must be made well in advance of your skiing with us.
